George & Gather in Chandler is seeking a Head Maître D' to cultivate a welcoming dining room and lead the host team in a mid-century inspired setting. You will oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and guest experiences with a focus on warmth and efficiency.

You will coordinate with servers and management during service, assist with private events, and train new hosts while maintaining a polished, professional presence in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Previous hosting/guest-facing experience required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Ensure cleanliness at the host station and surrounding areas

• Assist servers and management as needed during service
