Job summary

Colonial Group in Kansas is seeking a headguard supervisor to help manage lifeguard rotations and oversee safety procedures across indoor and outdoor pools.

You will collaborate with facility user groups, ensure staff fulfill their responsibilities, and attend regular headguard meetings; a minimum of one year lifeguard experience and a Red Cross certification are required, with management experience preferred and a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year lifeguard experience.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification required.
• Background check is required.
• Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
