Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• One year of coaching experience in the sport assigned.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to enroll in training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining high academic standards for student-athletes.
• Direct and supervise assistant coaches and evaluate their performance.
• Coordinate with the Athletic Director on safety, equipment, and facilities.
• Lead the varsity team during training, practices, and competitions.
