Job summary

Canyon Farms Golf Club is seeking a full-time, salaried Head Golf Professional to lead all golf activities and staff responsibilities. The role includes budget oversight, program development, member engagement, and golf instruction.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay, with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on education and experience. English proficiency and resort operation familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of property management system.

Responsibilities

• Plans, promotes and directs all golf activities including daily management responsibilities.
• Oversees daily fee play, tournaments & outings, member play, and golf instructional programs.
• Prepares annual and monthly budgets for golf operations; takes corrective actions as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.
• Orders merchandise and supplies for golf shop.
• Maintains attractive, orderly appearance in pro shop.
• Creates a customer service oriented atmosphere that promotes the game of golf and meets the needs of the members and guest.
• Selects, supervises, trains and evaluates staff in various golf-related roles.
• Provides golf lessons to members and guests.
• Interprets and enforces The Rules of Golf and club policies.
