Job summary

Bally's Golf Link at Ferry Point in Bronx, NY is seeking a motivated Superintendent to lead golf course operations, budgeting, reporting, and staff development. This role directly supports a high-quality guest experience and adheres to agronomic and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Agronomy, significant leadership experience, and relevant licenses, with a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy preferred; five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading a team as Head Golf Course Superintendent preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgeting and capital plans and manages expenses.
• Provides timely reporting of financial and non-financial information as directed by leadership.
• Maintains golf course maintenance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains awareness of agronomic activity and provides guidance to staff.
• Leads hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of associates.
