Worthington School District 518 in Minnesota seeks a head coach for the 7-12 girls hockey program. The coach will supervise all aspects of the program and coordinate instruction, training, and development of athletes and coaches at this level.

The role requires strong coaching experience, deep technical knowledge of hockey, and a commitment to modeling positive behavior and character development for student-athletes. Clinical opportunities and ongoing professional growth are expected.

Formación

• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport.
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and willingness to explore new theories and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for individual and team success.
• Demonstrate behaviors that promote character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride of accomplishment in student athletes.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations, and consultations.
