Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience as student-athlete or coach required.
• Master's degree and college head coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with student-athletes, coaches, trainers, and staff.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
• Manage planning, strategy development, and skill instruction for field hockey.
