Knowledge and ability to perform general custodial duties. Ability to
perform moderately heavy manual labor including lifting 50 to 90 pounds,
as well as the ability to understand and follow oral and written
instructions. Must possess a CT motor vehicle operators license and
have possession of a dependable motor vehicle. Ability to assign and
check work of subordinates and to train and instruct employees in
building cleaning operations. Ability to maintain accurate records and
prepare reports. Considerable experience in building custodial and
Maintenance Work, Including Some Supervisory Experience Preferred.

Full-time year-round position.
