Job summary

The Lebanon School District is seeking a Head Custodian for the 3:30pm–11:30pm shift to maintain classrooms and other areas to the district’s cleanliness standards. The role includes reporting hazards and assisting in the smooth operation of the school.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in English. Prior janitorial experience is desired and will be considered in the selection process.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Appropriate experience in janitorial work is desired.

Job Goal:

The custodian is responsible for maintaining the areas assigned to them, including classrooms and other areas, to the prescribed standard of cleanliness, according to standardized procedures. They are also responsible to eliminate and/or report hazardous and dangerous conditions and to help ensure the uninterrupted and comfortable operation of the school.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Appropriate experience in janitorial work is desired.
