St. Catherine University and the Athletic Department is seeking a 0.75 FTE Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach.

The Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach will oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure. They will ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules and meet recruiting goals as established by the athletic department. Other areas of focus are competitive results, alumnae relations, and student-athlete experience. The Head Coach will also organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.

The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.
