The Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach will oversee all aspects of a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules, meeting recruiting goals, and focusing on competitive results, alumnae relations, and student-athlete experience. The coach will organize an assistant coaching staff aligned with department and team goals.
Salary Range: $38,578.50 - $42,500
