St. Catherine University and the Athletic Department are seeking a 0.75 FTE Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach.

The Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach will oversee all aspects of a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules, meeting recruiting goals, and focusing on competitive results, alumnae relations, and student-athlete experience. The coach will organize an assistant coaching staff aligned with department and team goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet all annual athletic department goals related to recruiting strong student-athletes.
2. Lead student-athletes to develop a cohesive team structure that enhances their experience and competitive results.
3. Develop and maintain alumnae connections and support the goals of the athletic department and the University.

Salary Range: $38,578.50 - $42,500
