Qualifications

• 5+ years in a multi-unit executive chef or corporate chef role.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens and catering large events.
• Mastery of fresh pasta techniques and seasonal menu development.
• Passion for locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while scaling operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations across all NOW Hospitality locations.
• Assist with concept development, kitchen build-outs, and staff training for new openings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, recipes, prep systems, and plating guides.
• Ensure culinary consistency, cost control, and kitchen efficiency across the group.
• Support large-scale catering events with a focus on executional excellence.
