Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the property and lead by example.

• Provide anticipatory service and smooth accommodations for residents and guests.

• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify improvements.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and one-on-one performance coaching.
• Develop and implement new SOPs to improve operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and enforce standards.
• Participate in monthly regional calls.
