Job summary

Trabuco Hills High School is seeking a Color Guard Caption Head to lead our year-round program known for its high standards and competitive track in WBA and WGASC. The role requires prior instructional experience and a commitment to developing athletes and performers.

You will attend rehearsals as listed, build a technical training program in Equipment, Movement and Performance Skills, and collaborate with the Program Designer/Coordinator to produce a high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Prior instructional experience required.
• Must be able to work with a year-round performing arts program known for high standards and competitive levels in WBA (Fall) and WGASC (Winter Guard).

Responsibilities

• Attendance at Rehearsals: Tue 2:45p - 5:30p; Wed 2:45 - 5:30p; Thur 5-9p; Some Saturdays + Shows; Summer Camps and Band Camp.
• Develop and maintain a strong technical training program in Equipment, Movement and Performance Skills
• Have the ability work with a Program Designer / Coordinator to produce a high quality production
