Job summary

POSITION SUMMARY

• Provides instruction to student-athletes in the skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for the team and individuals playing tennis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Instruct players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
• Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises.
• Assesses players’ skills, and monitors players during competition and practice.
• Determines game strategy and supervises athletes during practices and competitions.
