Job summary

Alloy Personal Training in Rochester, NY is seeking a Head Coach to launch a brand-new studio and build a high‑performing coaching culture. You will lead and mentor coaches, deliver 25–30 small-group sessions weekly, and drive community partnerships while supporting growth through pre‑sales and marketing efforts.

You’ll report to the Director of Training and help open the first Alloy location in the market, with flexible part‑time coaching options available.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• 2–5+ years of professional coaching with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold coaches accountable while maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and opening with 100+ founding members and 150 total post‑launch.
• Build and lead a connected Alloy community enhancing engagement and retention.
• Deliver premium client experience through assessments, goal setting, and relationship‑based coaching.
• Drive member satisfaction, retention, and sustainable membership growth.
• Communicate with Director of Training and coaching team for alignment and execution.
