Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Head Coach to lead a professional Rugby Union team based in East London. You will develop game strategies, drive training, and oversee day-to-day preparation, working closely with medical staff and management.

The role requires proven success at high levels, exceptional leadership and communication, and the ability to recruit and develop players while managing travel, fixtures, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive playing or coaching experience in professional Rugby Union.
• Proven track record of success as a Head Coach or senior coaching role.
• Deep understanding of rugby rules, tactics, and player development principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions during matches.
• Relevant coaching certifications and a commitment to continuous professional development.
