Qualifications

  • Extensive playing or coaching experience in professional Rugby Union.
  • Proven track record of success as a Head Coach or senior coaching role.
  • Deep understanding of rugby rules, tactics, and player development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions during matches.
  • Relevant coaching certifications and a commitment to continuous professional development.
