Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a Head Coach to deliver a world-class experience through fitness consultations, evaluations, and regular check-ins with clients. You will lead the personal training team, build strong member relationships, and drive growth of the PT department within the club.

As the club leader, you will supervise facility operations, maintain high service standards, and actively engage the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Exercise Science preferred.
• One year fitness training experience.
• CPR/AED Certification and current Personal Training Certification (or ability to be certified within 90 days).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; coachable and personable.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS or gym management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Portfolio Management: maintain PT profiles and grow the department's revenue.
• Facility Management: keep facility and equipment in top condition.
• Service Standards: deliver excellent customer service and engage members to set goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: address feedback and PT membership inquiries.
• Community Involvement: build relationships with local businesses and events.
• Brand Ambassador: embody Anytime Fitness values and promote team growth.
