Job summary

Union Colony Preparatory School in Colorado is seeking a Head Middle School Girls Soccer Coach. You will lead the program and guide student athletes toward skill development and competitive success.

Qualifications include organization of a total sports program, prior coaching or playing experience, deep soccer knowledge, and serving as a positive role model for students through instruction and conduct. Reports to athletic director; supervises a staff of coaches to support the program.

Qualifications

• Organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Have previous coaching or playing experience.
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of soccer.
• Serve as a positive role model for student athletes through instruction and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for success.
• Supervise and coordinate a staff of high school and middle school coaches with the athletic director and building principal.
• Develop character, self-discipline, confidence and pride in student athletes.
