Head Coach – Men’s and Women’s Soccer
Position Type: Part-Time Stipend or Full-Time with Teaching Position Available

Position Overview:
Piedmont Community Charter High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Head Coach for both the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. This position is available as a part-time role with a paid stipend, or it can be combined with a full-time teaching position for qualified candidates. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational ability, and a commitment to student-athlete development both on and off the field.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively organize, lead, and manage a high school soccer program.
• Preferred but not required: Previous playing and/or coaching experience in soccer.
• CDL license preferred; if not currently held, the candidate must be willing to obtain one.
• Candidates interested in a full-time teaching role must meet applicable teaching certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Athletic Director and collaborate with the school principal.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all practices, games, and team activities for both the men’s and women’s soccer team.
• Ensure student-athlete safety and supervision at all times.
• Act as a role model, promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth.
• Develop a positive team culture focused on teamwork, academic success, and respect.
• Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, faculty, and administration.
