Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Flag Football Coach to establish and lead the program. The role reports to the Deputy Athletic Director for External Relations and focuses on building a robust, values-driven program for student-athletes in a Benedictine mission.

The first-year priority is recruiting 15–20 student-athletes for fall 2027, while developing the program’s culture, operating budget, and competition schedule for year two and beyond.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coaching or leading flag football.
• Ability to recruit students who succeed at Saint Anselm.
• Strong teaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to student-athlete welfare, academics, and inclusion.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Ability to meet college employment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit an inaugural roster of 15–20 student-athletes for fall 2027.
• Develop recruiting plan within 30 days and coordinate with Admissions.
• Build relationships with high schools, clubs, and Community partners.
• Maintain recruiting records and provide monthly reports.
• Direct all phases of the program and establish team standards.
• Coordinate conditioning, injury prevention, and compliance.
• Propose spring operating budget and schedule with Athletics leadership.
• Promote program in Athletics communications and fundraising efforts.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and staff.
• Attend department and campus events and support season planning.
