Manhattanville University in Purchase, NY is seeking a part-time Head Coach for Women’s Flag Football to lead program development, recruiting twenty-one student-athletes, and on-field coaching and scheduling. The role requires strong communication, NCAA knowledge, and the ability to manage practices, budgeting, and fundraising while ensuring student-athlete academic progress.

This position reports to the Associate VP of Athletics and Recreation and offers a 29-hour week with a $15k-$20k

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required for eligibility and NCAA compliance understanding.
• Experience in collegiate coaching or playing at the intercollegiate level preferred.
• CPR/AED certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and implement all aspects of recruiting for the program.
• Plan practices, schedule games, and manage team wellness and conditioning.
• Ensure NCAA and conference compliance and monitor academic progress.
