Job summary

Applitrack is seeking an experienced Head Softball Coach at Roselle Park High School to lead the softball program with emphasis on student-athlete development, teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and positive experiences for all players.

The role oversees day-to-day operations, works with athletes, families, and the athletic department to ensure a successful spring season. A valid NJ teaching certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJDOE Instructional Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate.
• Experience leading high school athletics programs and coaching softball.
• Strong commitment to student-athlete development and safety.

Responsibilities

Description:
Roselle Park High School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Softball Coach to lead the high school softball program. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction for the program while emphasizing student-athlete development, teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and a positive experience for all student-athletes. The Head Coach will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program and work collaboratively with student-athletes, assistant coaches, families, and the Athletic Department.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a NJDOE Instructional Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate.

SALARY:
$6,131 - $7,572
Final salary commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Roselle Park Education Association's collectively bargained agreement.

BENEFITS:
Position is seasonal, non-benefits eligible.
