Job summary

Roselle Park High School is seeking a Head Wrestling Coach for the winter season. The role leads the wrestling program, guiding student-athletes, families, and staff with emphasis on teamwork, safety, and sportsmanship.

Must hold a NJDOE Instructional Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate. Salary is seasonal, with final pay commensurate with experience per the association agreement.

School Year: 2026–2027, Winter Season

Description: Roselle Park High School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Wrestling Coach to lead the high school wrestling program. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction for the program while emphasizing student‑athlete development, teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and a positive experience for all student‑athletes. The Head Coach will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the program and work collaboratively with student‑athletes, assistant coaches, families, and the Athletic Department.

REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a NJDOE Instructional Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate.

SALARY: $7,562 – $9,339
Final salary commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Roselle Park Education Association's collectively bargained agreement.

BENEFITS: Position is seasonal, non-benefits eligible.
