Job summary

Applitrack is seeking an experienced Head Softball Coach at Roselle Park High School to lead the softball program with emphasis on student-athlete development, teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and positive experiences for all players.

The role oversees day-to-day operations, works with athletes, families, and the athletic department to ensure a successful spring season. A valid NJ teaching certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJDOE Instructional Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate.
• Experience leading high school athletics programs and coaching softball.
• Strong commitment to student-athlete development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Roselle Park High School softball program.
• Provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day program operations.
• Collaborate with athletes, assistant coaches, families, and the Athletic Department.
