This role reports to the Director of Athletics and oversees team members. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and coaching or playing experience at high school or club level, plus a valid Michigan driving record.

The Head Coach provides leadership and direction for a competitive intercollegiate program at Henry Ford College (HFC). HFC operates its athletic program with integrity and in full compliance with institutional, conference and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) guidelines. HFC sponsors seven sports at the NJCAA Division II level and competes in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) Eastern Division. HFC sports include: baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, golf, softball, volleyball and wrestling.
This position reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for Team Members.
