Job summary

Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District is seeking a Head Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse team to lead a competitive program at Ballston Lake. You will plan and conduct practices and games while mentoring student-athletes and coordinating with assistant coaches and families.

This role emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment, with oversight from the Athletic Department and compliance with NYS requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lacrosse skills, rules, and strategies.
• Must meet all New York State coaching requirements.
