Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a Head Boys Lacrosse Coach in Champlin, MN to lead and develop the high school lacrosse program. You will coach players in strategy and technique, plan practices and competitive schedules, and guide youth initiatives within district rules.

You will foster character, integrity, and sportsmanship while coordinating with school staff and the athletic department to ensure a positive program for students and families.

Head Boys Lacrosse Coach

Duties: Program development, player evaluation, schedule practices and games. Responsible for overall Boys Lacrosse program including: Coach student athletes in strategies and techniques to prepare for competition. Motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Provide leadership, direction and support to the high school and youth programs, within the rules of Minnesota State High School League and Champlin Park High and its affiliated district/conference(s). Facilitate the development of Boys Lacrosse players, not only as players but also as people with good character and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous Lacrosse Coach experience preferred.
