• Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead practices, summer camps, and game-day preparation
• Coach and develop student-athletes in skill, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication
• Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration
• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of student-athletes at all activities
