Job summary

Seton Catholic Preparatory High School is seeking a Baseball Head Coach for the upcoming season. The role focuses on leading practices, game-day preparation, and the development of student-athletes in skill, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

We expect a strong leader who can plan season activities, communicate effectively with parents and school administration, and uphold school policies while prioritizing the safety and well-being of student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Prior baseball coaching experience (high school or club preferred).
• Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, training principles, and player development
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student-athletes.
• Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
