Culver Community Schools Corporation is seeking a Head Coach to lead our athletic program and coach assigned sports. The role requires strong organization of the entire sports program and successful prior coaching experience at major levels.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and serve as a positive role model for student athletes. The Head Coach reports to the athletic director and collaborates with principals to align program goals.

Qualifications

• Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport. (Major sports)
• The head coach must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport

Responsabilités

• Has a thorough knowledge of all athletic policies and ensures implementation by the staff.
• Understands system, state, and league regulations and interprets them for staff.
• Advises the athletic director and ensures proper channels for requests and grievances.
• Establishes philosophy, plans conferences, clinics, and staff meetings for staff awareness.
• Trains staff and encourages professional growth through clinics and attendance.
• Delegates duties, supervises implementation, and evaluates assistants.
• Maintains discipline and morale; manages grievances and cooperation.
• Assists in scheduling, transportation, and tournament logistics.
• Provides documentation for physicals, consent, and eligibility.
• Manages equipment and facilities safety and security.
• Promotes the sport to students, parents, and the community.
