Hazel Crest School District 152 seeks highly motivated basketball coaches to lead our boys' 8th-grade team. You will develop and implement a winning game plan, build team morale, and foster a positive and supportive team culture.

Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for 8th-grade boys, plan practices, games, and tournaments, and mentor team members while communicating effectively with players, parents, and administrators.

Qualifications

• 60 hours of college coursework preferred or eight years of coaching experience.
• Coaching experience at the high school or middle school level.
• Strong knowledge of basketball rules and strategies.
• Strong background in mentoring youth and developing a middle school basketball program.

• Accompany the team to away games and tournaments (as needed)
