WesleyLife’s Heritage House in Atlantic, IA seeks a dedicated Chef to lead meal production and contribute to the residents’ daily dining experience. You’ll create high-quality hot and cold meals, ensure adherence to refined recipes, and maintain elevated plate standards.

You’ll tailor menus to dietary needs, uphold infection control, and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to support kitchen operations in a 55+ community.

• Lead Meal Production with Creative Input – take charge of preparing high-quality hot and cold meals and ensure every plate meets elevated standards.
• Make an Impact on Health and Well-Being – craft meals for specialized dietary needs and modified diets.
• Work Clean, Smart, and Efficiently – follow infection control practices, minimize food waste, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work alongside our Director of Food & Beverage – assist with overall kitchen operations.
