Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Palm Springs, CA seeks a Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department to oversee all outlets and banquets, ensuring operations run smoothly and in line with brand standards.

You will lead the division in accordance with Hyatt's corporate strategies, deliver profitable and high-quality service, and meet expectations of employees, guests and owners through creative leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation.
• Strong leadership and creative, practical administrative skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Production/FB division and oversee all outlets and banquets.
• Ensure operations run efficiently, in line with hotel standards and profitability targets.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. To function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications

Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
