Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday and Sunday.
• Base pay up to $15.25/hr with annual merit-based raises, depending on experience and other factors.

Job Duties

The Head Cashier will reconcile cash register receipts, prepare bank transactions, monitor and correct payroll information, and perform all duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

• Fill registers with change and balance the store safe.
• Transport reserve money to and from the bank and reconcile reserve money.
• Order and maintain store supplies.
• Balance DNR receipts and complete required paperwork.
• Manage Gift Registry and assist customers.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Ability to pass a background check.
