Compensation

• Weekend premium pay: $2.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday
• Base pay up to $15.00/hr with annual merit raises

Job Duties

Cashiers should maintain knowledge of checkout functions, greet customers positively, and embody Blain’s Culture. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers entering and leaving the store
• Scanning items and ensuring pricing accuracy
• Redeeming coupons and maintaining checkout area
• Resolving customer issues and inquiries
• Achieving goals for rewards applications and loyalty sign-ups
• Assisting with customer care, self-checkout, and sales floor as needed
• Following all policies (safety, HR, legal, etc.)

Qualifications

• Performing duties of Self-Checkout attendant and Customer Care as needed
• Assisting with other departments and carryout duties
• Performing Sales Floor Associate duties as needed
