Essential Job Functions include:

1. Promoting and maintaining efficient, courteous customer service at all times.
2. Supervising front-end managers, computer room operators, cashiers, courtesy clerks, and Gas-n-Go attendants.
3. Coordinating pickup lanes and maintaining security of safe and change funds, overseeing safe counts and weekly safe reports.
4. Enforcing security policies and procedures for store safes, including safe combinations and keys.
5. Overseeing cash pickups, deposits, voids, refunds, check cashing, and Valucard policies.
6. Preparing schedules for front-end associates weekly, ensuring adherence to company policies on breaks and dress code.
7. Maintaining supplies for the front end, including candy and tobacco products.
8. Monitoring over/short reports, notifying managers of issues, and enforcing disciplinary actions when necessary.
9. Ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and company policies related to sales of alcohol, tobacco, lotto, WIC, charge accounts, and gift cards.
10. Overseeing procedures for selling money orders, money transfers, postage stamps, coin machines, licenses, rentals, and promotional tickets.
11. Adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) and MSB compliance policies.
12. Understanding and submitting weekly sales reports.
13. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
