Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday
• Base pay up to $15.25/hr with annual performance-based merit raises

Job Duties

The Head Cashier will reconcile cash register receipts, prepare bank transactions, monitor, correct, and submit payroll information, and perform all duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

• Fill registers with change
• Balance the store safe
• Transport reserve money to and from the bank
• Reconcile reserve money
• Order and maintain store office supplies
• Balance DNR receipts
• Complete and file paperwork
• Manage Gift Registry and assist customers
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings and every other weekend
• Ability to pass a background check
