Job summary

Northgate Resorts Jellystone Park is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (age 18+) to oversee daily directives of the housekeeping department. This full-time supervisor will lead a team of housekeepers and inspectors and report to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll monitoring, training, cabin cleanliness, inventory control, and guest service quality. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedules staff, monitors payroll, and maintains payroll budget
• Participates in recruitment for housekeeping department
• Ensures maintenance work orders are communicated to appropriate dept
• Develops and conducts training for new hires and ongoing staff
• Creates daily assignments and optimizes staffing for cabin cleanliness
• Leads daily stand-up meetings and provides feedback
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies and SDS for chemicals
• Ensures turnover of cabins on time and real-time status updates in reservations system
• Coaches staff, drives performance improvement, and ensures safety standards
• Assists with cleaning cabins and managing laundry process
• Inspects cabins and facilities for cleanliness, damage, and temperature control
• Remains available to respond to guest inquiries using service guidelines
• Completes required reports and schedules bi-annual deep cleans
• Coordinates with park and home office departments
• Participates in other projects as assigned
