Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team offering artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads baked with honest ingredients.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper sanitation in the bakery.
• Work afternoon/evening shifts, with Bread Baking shifts typically 11am–7pm and occasional overnight during holidays.
