• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
• Experience with meeting operational goals and improving team and customer experience.
• Requires continuous standing and walking during shift; ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
