Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization and implementation of the athletic program.
• Provide coaching and instruction to high school students in a competitive program.
• Work with the athletic director to implement a coaching philosophy.
• Organize practice plans and attend practices across age groups.
• Prioritize student-athlete development and be a positive role model.
• Motivate players to demonstrate high performance and ethics.
• Communicate with players, staff, parents, and administrators about needs.
