Job summary

Milford School District seeks a Head Coach Baseball for Milford Central Academy. The role reports to the Principal and Athletic Director and begins in March 2027 following the DIAA schedule.

Responsible for planning practices, coordinating with staff, and maintaining safety and sportsmanship across the program. The position requires a minimum age of 21, demonstrated baseball proficiency, strong character, and an understanding of how the athletic program fits with the total school program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrate proficiency in baseball.
• Possess sound moral character.
• Understand relationship of the program to the athlete and school.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement organized daily practice plans including group and individual instruction.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic director, trainer, and administration.
• Adapt coaching techniques and game plans as needed.
• Promote positive relations with parents and the community.
