Qualifications

• NFHS Coaching Certification is required.
• Experience coaching high school varsity baseball is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• Extensive knowledge of baseball instruction and game management.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, staff and the public.
• Ability to motivate and guide high school athletes toward program goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the varsity baseball program at Sandy High School.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and the community.
• Plan and conduct practices, develop game strategies and instructional guidance.

Position: Head Baseball Coach

Previous coaching and/or experience with high school varsity baseballteam desired.
