Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of coaching experience, preferably in a Senior Program.
• Prior competitive swimming experience is required.
• Experience managing an aquatics program and swim meet operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Age Group Division including leadership of practice groups.
• Supervise daily assignments of coaches.
• Responsible for curriculum development for 12 & under program.
• Assist Head Coach with coaching staff education and program planning.
• Be on-site at all CAQ-hosted events.

Skills

Excellent human relations and communication skills

Strong knowledge of Google software (Sheets, Docs, Forms)

Knowledge of Hytek Meet Manager and Team Manager software

Familiarity with TeamUnity website development software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to swimming
