Job summary

ISCO Industries fabricates and assembles polyethylene pipe to meet customer specifications, including fittings, valves, T's, Y's and related structures. You will read blueprints, follow strict quality procedures, pull materials from inventory, and operate fusion equipment while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and tickets to determine materials and tools.
• Follow quality control procedures to meet specs.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used on tickets.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Operate fusion and fast fusion equipment, cranes and forklifts.
• Use hand tools, saws and cutting equipment as required.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble polyethylene pipe into fittings, valves, T's, Y's, elbows and units.
• Read blueprints and tickets to determine materials and equipment.
• Follow quality procedures to ensure products meet specs.
• Maintain clean work area and inventory accuracy on tickets.
• Operate fusion equipment, cranes and forklifts as needed.
• Use a variety of hand tools and cutting equipment.
• Uphold safety procedures during all tasks.
