Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a General Maintenance Associate to support shop and field tasks. You will operate power tools, service Fusion equipment, and ensure safe handling of rental gear. The role includes repairing hydraulic and electrical/mechanical components and following strict safety procedures.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM training and 12:00 PM–10:00 PM after training, with potential overtime and weekend work. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair or equipment repair experience preferred.
• Experience operating hydraulic systems and repairing electrical/mechanical components.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using power industrial tools and equipment.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment/trucks/forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools including grinding, cutting, sanding, and drilling.
• Operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Observe safety for shipping/receiving rental equipment, and packing for transport.
• Package equipment for transport to customer sites.
• Involve in repair/rebuilding of Fusion equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).
• Maintain Fusion equipment with fluid and filter changes and wear-part replacements.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures for rental equipment and accessories.
• Troubleshoot fleet for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow housekeeping and all safety policies.

This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbsQualifications:Relevant automotive repair, equipment repair highly preferredFamiliarity with McElroy Fusion equipment is a plus.Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of hydraulic equipment.Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical or mehanical components.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Experience and ability to work with power industrial tools.Experience in operation of powered industrial equipment / trucks / forklifts.Ability to work in a shop or field environment.Remain results-focused in a fast-paced challenging customer service environmentAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
