Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Fabrication Associate to join our team. Multiple shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with differential pay for second and third shifts.

You will set up and maintain machines for pipe fabrication, measure and cut pipe lengths, and handle pipe movement within the yard while observing safety protocols. The role requires 1–2 years of fabrication experience with strong math skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced customer-service environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of fabrication experience preferred.
• Outstanding math skills to calculate quantities on hand.
• Experience and training operating cutting/threading machinery per OSHA regulations preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop machines for pipe fabrication.
• Measure, record, and add random pipe lengths.
• Cut and thread pipe using band saw, torch, and Landis machines.
• Move pipe within the yard and organize supplies.
• Assemble pipe orders in sticks or bundles.
• Follow safety precautions for fabrication, cutting, stacking and shipping.
• Operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
