Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install underground cables using trenchless methods. The role requires HDD experience around utilities in rural and urban areas and the ability to read prints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Must adhere to safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Field experience with HDD crews and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations and projections.
• Operate machinery to align, move, and adjust to match grade alignment specifications.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to customers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Read utility locates and coordinate day lighting of facilities.
