Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional. You will assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions, share knowledge on features, benefits, and warranty information, and help customers find the right solutions.

In our fast-paced retail environment, you will operate a cash register, navigate catalogs and inventory systems, support team members, and contribute to store processes while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty parts knowledge.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Passion for delivering Customer Care.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS.
